EENOVANCE Opens Yangon Service Center in Myanmar
May 30, 2026 | Yangon, Myanmar
EENOVANCE officially launched its Myanmar Service Center in Yangon on May 30, 2026, marking another significant milestone in the company's expanding presence across Southeast Asia. Following the successful establishment of its Vietnam Service Center, this opening reflects EENOVANCE's continued commitment to building deep, lasting roots in the region, and represents a meaningful achievement in the company's second year of operations in Myanmar.

A New Chapter Begins
The inauguration ceremony was held with great enthusiasm, bringing together partners, distributors, and local industry stakeholders to celebrate the occasion. At the ribbon-cutting, EENOVANCE's Regional Business Director for the Middle East and Africa delivered remarks that set the tone for the center's mission:
"The true value of energy storage goes far beyond the product itself. What customers really need is the confidence that their systems will run reliably, the assurance of a fast response when issues arise, and a partner they can count on for the long haul. The Myanmar Service Center exists to eliminate distance as a barrier, so that support is never far away."

Full-Spectrum, Local-First Service
The Yangon center is designed as an integrated hub covering the entire customer journey, from pre-sales consultation through installation and into long-term after-sales support. Operating on a 7×24 basis, the center provides dedicated coverage at every stage:
· Pre-sales: System sizing, technical consultation, and inverter compatibility assessment
· During installation: On-site guidance, BMS parameter configuration, and commissioning
· After-sales: Remote diagnostics, fault troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, and warranty claims
Service commitments are tailored to system type. For low-voltage battery systems, EENOVANCE offers a rapid repair-and-replacement model with a turnaround target of under one week, supported by temporary loan units to ensure uninterrupted power for end users. For high-voltage systems, the team provides on-site inspection, component replacement, and direct spare parts delivery to minimize project downtime.
All products are backed by an official warranty of 5 to 10 years. In partnership with global insurer Chubb, EENOVANCE also offers comprehensive coverage of up to USD 6 million, protecting against manufacturing defects, BMS faults, cell imbalance, internal wiring issues, and more. Every customer investment is fully safeguarded.

Investing in Local Talent
Beyond hardware and response commitments, the service center features a dedicated training room where two structured technical sessions are held each month. Designed for local distributors, installation teams, and after-sales engineers, the curriculum covers installation SOPs, advanced BMS diagnostics, fault analysis, and warranty procedures, combining classroom instruction with hands-on practice to build a genuinely capable local workforce.

Looking Ahead
From Vietnam to Myanmar, EENOVANCE is steadily translating regional ambition into on-the-ground reality. With Yangon now serving as a key anchor in Southeast Asia, the company looks forward to deepening its partnerships across Myanmar and contributing to the country's clean energy transition, through better products, stronger service, and an enduring commitment to being the energy storage partner customers can always rely on.
